Outer art co is a web-based design and manufacturing firm. We develop and produce affordable and originally designed decorative screening, light boxes, and Green walls. We service Australia wide and international customers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Outer art co pricing is in line with Australian recommend retail pricing for each item. If you are a customer not living in Australia, we will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Regarding delivery, you will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Outer art co individually produces each order and production time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 business days from the time of dispatch, please note this does not include the 2 to 3-week production time.
If you are a customer not living in Australia, we will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Damage or loss in transit is rare however it happens. Please inspect your item before signing for the delivery. If the item arrives damaged, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods. Please note if goods have been received and signed for as received in good order and condition at the time of delivery then a return, exchange or refund will not be issued as the goods are deemed as received in good order and condition.

- Customer Service Policy
Outer art co is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality Australian designed and produced products. We endeavour to make sure that all our pricing is true and correct and all products listed on our website are made individually with care. Production time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 business days from the time of dispatch, please note this does not include the 2 to 3-week production time. The delivery timeframes for international orders will vary depending on location. Outer art co individually makes each order. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
- Refund Policy
Please choose your item carefully and check your sizes. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or choose the incorrect size or colour. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been damaged in transit or are different to the product purchased on the website. Outer art co must receive notification that the piece has arrived damaged, is faulty or the wrong item has been supplied within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Once the return has been lodged Outer art co will negotiate arrangements for the return of the item, exchange or refund. Please note if goods have been received and signed as received in good order and condition at the time of delivery then a return, exchange or refund will not be issued as the goods are deemed as received in good order and condition.
Outer art co is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.
We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us. That is all. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

Secure online payment
The payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so that we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at Outer art co. Our online merchant is Westpac and our payment gateway is E-Way. The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between the customer's browser and the Outer art co web site, and again between the Outer art co web site and the payment gateway. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between the respective servers/computers. Customer credit card details are collected at each order, and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customers' financial information being accessed by any third-party.
All customer account passwords are stored using a one-way encryption algorithm(MD5). No passwords are ever stored as plain-text.
